Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging technologies
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry leaders
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Drive prototype development and rapid iteration cycles
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, R&D, or strategic product development
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$5M
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to influence executive leadership
