Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership at tech-forward companies
- Proven track record of launching products with 7-figure revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Expertise in emerging tech: Generative AI, Web3, or climate tech
- Strong financial modeling and venture capital fundraising experience
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation preferred
