Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-adjacent applications
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech deployment and lifecycle management
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Analyze emerging tech trends to position FutureWorks as a 2026 industry pioneer
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and venture funding for future-focused projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives to commercial viability
- Expertise in ESG frameworks for sustainable tech development
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Experience with federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF, etc.)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
