Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 adoption horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Identify emerging tech disruptors through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Design sustainable tech solutions aligned with 2026 climate targets
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching 3+ category-defining products
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or bio-integrated systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global collaboration
- Certification in Quantum Security Architecture (QSA)
