You'll shape our innovation portfolio while ensuring alignment with ESG principles and inclusive growth metrics.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmap using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario planning
- Lead moonshot projects in quantum computing, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Develop ESG-aligned innovation frameworks with measurable impact metrics
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI for cutting-edge R&D
- Present strategic recommendations to Board of Directors quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record scaling moonshot projects to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and circular economy principles
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Experience managing cross-geographic innovation teams
- Portfolio of launched products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
