- Manage innovation portfolio from ideation to market validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products (AI/quantum/biotech preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and long-term horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation portfolio valuation
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Experience with agile methodologies for complex R&D projects
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
