What you'll achieve: Define our 2026 innovation roadmap, secure $5M+ in strategic partnerships, and launch 3-5 industry-disrupting prototypes annually. You'll report directly to our Chief Futurist and collaborate with Nobel laureates and unicorn founders.
Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in building prototype ecosystems for emerging technologies
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 companies
- Develop patentable solutions addressing 2026's critical challenges (climate resilience, neurotech, etc.)
- Present findings to C-suite and investor boards with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary foresight methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record launching tech products with $10M+ market impact
- Expertise in trend analysis using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle and Delphi Method
- Strong programming skills (Python/JavaScript) for rapid prototyping
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures journal preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or similar
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
