Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market shifts to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI for strategic initiatives
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Future Studies with 8+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven track record in developing and executing 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
