Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and futurists
- Identify emerging market opportunities and competitive threats through trend analysis
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Build and manage a portfolio of 3-5 breakthrough innovation initiatives annually
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with Fortune 500 or VC-backed startups
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Advanced degree in STEM field, MBA, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ innovation frameworks successfully implemented
