Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI biotechnology, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives from Fortune 500 partners
- Analyze emerging geopolitical and socioeconomic trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Oversee cross-functional R&D sprints with MIT and Stanford research consortia
- Author quarterly Future Horizon Reports distributed to global policymakers
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI milestones
- Champion ethical frameworks for next-gen technologies with UN advisory groups
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- 10+ years leading innovation at Fortune 100 or Silicon Valley unicorns
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech landscapes
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to $1B+ market impact
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Palisade, Trendalyzer)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain Tier 3 government credentials
