Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year innovation roadmaps for next-gen technologies
- Identify and evaluate emerging market opportunities in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Design strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic research institutions
- Oversee prototyping of breakthrough technologies with $2M+ annual R&D budget
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership role
- Proven track record in scaling early-stage technologies to commercial viability
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in STEM field or MBA with innovation focus
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience securing $1M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight methodologies
