Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead high-stakes strategic projects with $10M+ budgets and cross-functional teams
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders including board members and venture partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring 2026 strategic initiatives and track ROI
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in emerging tech or innovation roles
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or relevant field (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
