Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and disruptive opportunities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: Generative AI, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
