Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026-2030 global innovation strategy, aligning with UN SDGs and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, designers, and data scientists to develop next-gen sustainable tech prototypes
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling stakeholder presentations and ROI modeling
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and other innovation ecosystems
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across 12 global product divisions
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in corporate innovation, product strategy, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn tech firms
- Proven track record launching market-defining products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology) and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Design Thinking, Futures Studies, or Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience scaling innovation programs from concept to enterprise-wide implementation
