Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning technological capabilities with market demands and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough solutions across quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech domains
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends, disruptors, and competitive threats in the 2026 technology landscape
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-machine augmentation and next-generation user experiences
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning models
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry consortia to shape tech policy standards

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or emerging technology development
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services with $100M+ revenue impact

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
