Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board members for investment decisions
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products with >$50M revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience securing patents or publishing in peer-reviewed journals
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 technology trend predictions
