Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed roadmaps
- Drive patent strategy and IP development for next-gen technologies
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of bold experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products from concept
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: generative AI, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) or equivalent experience
