Responsibilities
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams developing AI-powered predictive models for market disruption
- Manage $50M+ R&D portfolios focused on quantum-resistant cryptography and neural interfaces
- Forge partnerships with DARPA and NASA for next-gen space exploration technologies
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to Fortune 500 clients and venture capital partners
- Oversee patent development for at least 12 breakthrough technologies annually
- Mentor PhD fellows in our accelerated innovation incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Neural Engineering, or Computational Physics
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years at Fortune 100 R&D divisions
- Published research in Nature or Science journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products generating $1B+ in revenue
- Security clearance for classified government innovation projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
