Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership within tech/biotech sectors
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large-scale innovation budgets
