You'll work alongside Nobel laureates and Silicon Valley pioneers to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities across quantum computing, biotech convergence, and sustainable infrastructure. Our team operates at the intersection of science, engineering, and design thinking.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for emerging technologies with $50M+ R&D budgets
- Lead cross-disciplinary pods of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Identify patentable IP in nascent sectors (AI ethics, space tech, neurotech)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and investors quarterly
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive threats/opportunities
- Mentor next-gen talent through our FutureFounders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Proven track record launching category-defining products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodology
- Strong network in global innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
