- Build and mentor a team of 8-12 futurists and technical architects
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with Fortune 500/SaaS scaling experience
- Proven track record launching 3+ breakthrough products with $10M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, Web3, biotech convergence)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
