Responsibilities
- Architect 3-year innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing rapid prototyping and validation cycles
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop intellectual property strategy and drive patent portfolio growth
- Partner with academic institutions and government labs on next-gen research
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation fellows and cultivate talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Strong background in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
