Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, quantum computing, and bio-engineering
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and futurists
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercial potential
- Present strategic innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI analysis
- Coordinate with global research labs to validate technological feasibility
- Document and disseminate innovation insights through whitepapers and executive briefings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related technical field
- 5+ years experience in strategic innovation or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3-5 year horizons
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization capabilities (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and project management (PMP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization
- Experience with patent strategy and IP commercialization
