Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product strategies
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks for next-generation markets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Maintain technology radar tracking 50+ emerging technologies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-forward concepts
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation strategy projects
- Experience in venture capital or corporate innovation labs preferred
