- Drive strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Establish KPIs for measuring pre-2026 technological readiness and adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in strategic innovation or R&D management
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
