- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Secure strategic partnerships and funding for high-impact innovation initiatives
- Present innovation frameworks and progress to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and design thinking
- Monitor global tech ecosystems to anticipate paradigm shifts by 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic product development
- Proven success in launching at least three future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems and venture capital
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario-building capabilities
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical and creative professionals
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (2020-2025)
