Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing 2026+ technology roadmaps
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Drive innovation workshops and scenario planning for post-2025 market shifts
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and government bodies
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and board members
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Strong understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
