- Mentor 8-person innovation team in agile methodologies and future-proofing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering $5M+ R&D projects
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Strategic planning experience with 5-year roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture
