Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Ethics-AI with 7+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on 2020s tech convergence
- Proven track record scaling quantum algorithms to commercial deployment
- Expertise in ISO 42001 and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Fluency in Python, Qiskit, and ethical hacking toolkits
