- Drive R&D initiatives with $10M+ annual innovation budget
- Present breakthrough concepts to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Mentor talent in emerging tech methodologies and future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product leadership with future-focused portfolio
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Experience scaling teams and budgets for long-term innovation
