Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities

- Build and mentor high-performing multidisciplinary teams (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation leadership, with 5+ years at director/VP level
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Fluency in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Blue Ocean Strategy)
