- Drive patent development with 10+ IP filings annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management or strategic tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching 3+ market-disrupting products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Synthetic Biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI)
- Experience securing $50M+ in venture capital funding
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
