Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning with global market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum researchers, AI architects, and sustainability experts
- Drive strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and EU innovation labs for 2026 pilot programs
- Secure $50M+ in government grants and private funding for emerging tech initiatives
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab in Austin and satellite teams in Berlin and Singapore
- Author whitepapers on 2026 technology trends for industry publication
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years at executive level (VP/Director)
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives beyond $100M budget
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Expertise in EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act, and global tech policy landscapes
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Systems Engineering
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
- Patents in quantum algorithms or sustainable AI infrastructure (3+ granted)
- Experience securing DOE/NASA grants for emerging technology projects
