Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligning with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and launching next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure resource allocation
- Mentor technical talent in rapid experimentation methodologies and agile development
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track ROI on experimental projects
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts simply
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Scrum Master or PMP certification preferred
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or R&D divisions
- Portfolio of successful product launches or patents
