- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all product lifecycles
- Lead the incubation of 3-5 moonshot projects annually with $5M+ budgets
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 8+ futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (NIST, ISO 20700)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on future tech
- Deep understanding of ESG compliance in tech development
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation portfolios
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or C++)
