Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and designers to prototype next-gen solutions
- Secure $50M+ in venture funding through compelling investor pitches and white papers
- Establish industry-first partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and Fortune 100 R&D divisions
- Drive patent portfolios targeting 15+ breakthrough innovations annually
- Present at Davos, TED, and Web Summit as FutureWorks' thought leadership ambassador
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Biotech with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging tech (3+ unicorn-scale exits)
- Deep expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF, NIH) exceeding $20M
- Published in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in transformative research
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global collaboration
- Black belt in Six Sigma for complex system optimization
