Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or synthetic biology
- Track record of scaling startups to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Security clearance preferred for national innovation projects
