- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, designers, and domain specialists
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 companies
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through data-driven proposals
- Present quarterly roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators through FutureVision's incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling solutions from concept to market launch
- Expertise in at least three emerging technologies: AI, quantum, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Strong familiarity with regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
