Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with industry disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with rigorous milestone tracking
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate tech disruptions 3-5 years ahead
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
