- Mentor a team of 8+ engineers and product specialists
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching market-defining products (2018-2025)
- Expertise in AI, IoT, circular economy, or quantum computing applications
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for innovation projects
- PMP or similar certification preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Fluency in English with multilingual capabilities a plus
