You'll lead high-impact initiatives spanning autonomous systems, biotech integration, and decentralized networks while ensuring ethical implementation and market viability.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technology roadmap by analyzing emerging trends in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and designers to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies through internal advocacy and external thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across R&D, product, and commercialization phases
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technologies
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
