As a key member of our Advanced Strategy Division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype emerging technologies, conduct horizon-scanning research, and lead initiatives in AI integration, sustainable tech, and decentralized systems. You'll shape our innovation pipeline while mentoring a dynamic team of specialists.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across 12+ projects
- Present findings to stakeholders at industry conferences
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Published thought leadership in tech publications
- Experience managing global remote teams
