Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with 10-year market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for climate resilience, autonomous systems, and human-AI collaboration
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum research labs
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and corporate ventures
- Present innovation frameworks to the board and secure executive buy-in for future-facing initiatives
- Mentor emerging talent through our FutureLeaders accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management, with 5+ years in C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on 2025-2030 tech trends (IEEE/MIT journals)
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets and managing R&D portfolios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
