- Pioneer patent filings for at least 3 proprietary technologies by 2026
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor junior talent in emerging tech ethics and sustainable innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Biotech, or Sustainable Systems (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record delivering 3+ breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or carbon capture systems
- Published research in Nature or Science journals within last 5 years
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
