Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation grants through DARPA, NSF, and EU Horizon programs
- Curate the annual 'FutureProof' summit featuring 50+ global tech pioneers
- Spin out 3+ ventures annually from our innovation lab with VC backing
- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 200+ filings by 2026
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and similar institutions
- Mentor 15+ intrapreneurs through our 'Future Leaders' accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI, or Sustainability Science with 8+ years commercialization experience
- Proven track record scaling moonshot projects from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Deep network within Gartner Hype Cycle top 10 emerging tech influencers
- Expertise in ISO 20700 innovation management standards and TRIZ methodology
- Published white papers in Nature Futures or IEEE Spectrum (2019-2023)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Experience securing USPTO/EPO patents in cross-domain innovation fields
