Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-focused tech roadmaps for AI ethics, biometric interfaces, and circular economy systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Drive innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Manage R&D budget allocation for future-tech incubation projects
- Author thought leadership on the societal impact of 2026 technological shifts
- Oversee patent portfolios and IP strategy for emerging innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with direct experience in future-scenario planning
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technologies with 3+ year lead times
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, sustainable tech, or decentralized systems
- PhD or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism preferred
- Experience scaling innovation teams from concept to market maturity
- Deep network within Silicon Valley's tech venture ecosystem
- Published research on technology adoption curves or innovation diffusion
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
