Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum systems
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through strategic stakeholder presentations
- Establish industry-wide benchmarks for ethical AI deployment
- Mentor 10+ innovators through our FutureForge Accelerator program
- Author white papers published in Nature Technology and IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ patents
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Proven track record of scaling R&D budgets 200%+ year-over-year
- Published research in top-tier scientific journals (h-index >25)
- Experience with UN Technology Innovation Labs or similar global initiatives
