Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to identify high-impact opportunities for 2026+ innovation horizons
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions (quantum AI, climate tech, neural interfaces)
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, venture capitalists, and academic researchers
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging paradigm shifts
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for transformative technologies
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and global innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
