Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-era technologies including quantum AI integration and decentralized networks
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our state-of-the-art Innovation Lab
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Present disruptive concepts to investors and industry partners at global tech summits
- Maintain intellectual property portfolio for proprietary 2026 technology frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar Tier-1 journals
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Strong track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D grants for forward-looking projects
