Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for 2026-era challenges in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives with 15+ engineers and scientists
- Develop patentable frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to deploy future-proof infrastructure
- Drive innovation sprints using agile methodologies and emerging tech stacks
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies and future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic architecture roles
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Fluency in Python, Kubernetes, and distributed systems architecture
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ breakthrough innovations implemented at scale
